as per Rule 3 of sch. of wealth tax
lease more than 50 years MF is 10
if lease less than 50 years MF is 8
but as per wealth tax Act if less than 50 to 15 years MF is 8
less than 15 years Not apply rule 3, apply rule 8 and rule 8 say go to rule 21 and rule 21 say Fair market value
this is correct or Not
