hey...
in Sec 94(8) its being written that if sale original unis at a loss then the loss will become the cost of acquisition of the bonus units or the remaining units...
what if i gift the bonus units to a relative( as it is exempt u/s 47) and then i would sale the original units and will claim the loss...
then i would be out of perview of sec94(8)
